[usage and dosage] oral dosage for adults: 0.5g for analgesia or treatment of dysmenorrhea, 0.25g for subsequent use, once every 6 hours, and no more than 7 days for a course of treatment.

Probenecid can reduce the excretion of this product, increase the blood drug concentration, and increase the toxicity. This product can reduce the excretion of methotrexate, increase its blood concentration, and even reach the poisoning level. Therefore, this product should not be used with medium or high-dose methotrexate.
