[usage and dosage] oral dosage for adults: 0.5g for analgesia or treatment of dysmenorrhea, 0.25g for subsequent use, once every 6 hours, and no more than 7 days for a course of treatment.

Therefore, this product should not be used with medium or high-dose methotrexate.
